Bloody Mary

Ingredients & Measures:
50ml Mousehall Triple Distilled Fresh Citrus Vodka
150ml Tomato Juice
4 drops Worcester Sauce
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
Half tsp Celery Salt
Half tsp Pepper
1 stick Fresh Celery
Method:
Pour the Mousehall Vodka into a high ball glass, add a few blocks of ice, add the Tomato Juice, Worcester Sauce, Tabasco (optional), Celery Salt and a few grinds of Pepper. Stir to integrate all the ingredients. Garnish with a celery stick.
Distiller’s Tips
A Citrus Vodka is a great addition to a plain vodka in a Bloody Mary as it complements the flavours of the Bloody Mary. Tomato Juice and Citrus are acidic ingredients. Acidic ingredients play an important role in flavour adding bright fresh notes and enhancing other ingredients, perfect first thing in the morning after a few too many Martini’s the night before.
