If you’re feeling bitter…
Ingredients & Measures:
25ml Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin
25ml Antica Formula (the oldest vermouth and still our favourite)
Pour equal parts Mousehall Gin, Campari and Antica Formula into a cocktail shaker. Add a few large ice cubes. Stir gently. Add 1 large square/round ice block (or large ice cubes) to a tumbler glass. Strain into the tumbler glass and garnish with an orange peel.
1 large ice block is a beautiful addition to this cocktail, it allows water to be incorporated into your drink very slowly and looks beautiful. Do not shake this cocktail, it should be dense and silky, not light and fluffy.
