Vesper Martini
If you want it shaken not stirred…
Ingredients & Measures:
75ml Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin
25ml Mousehall Triple Distilled Fresh Citrus Vodka
1 tsp Lillet Blanc
1 Lemon
Method 1:
Pour Mousehall Gin, Vodka, Lillet Blanc and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake until too cold to hold. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
Distiller’s Tips
Place the Gin, Vodka and Martini Glass into the freezer prior to preparing the Vesper Martini. A Vesper Martini is always a shaken drink, which incorporates more water into the Martini. This originated from the James Bond author Ian Fleming and the drink was made popular by James Bond when he told the barman, “Shaken not Stirred”.
