Red Snapper

Like a Bloody Mary, but different!

Ingredients & Measures:

50ml Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin
150ml Tomato Juice
4 drops Worcester Sauce
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
Half tsp Celery Salt
Half tsp Pepper
1 Lemon
1 stick Fresh Celery


Pour the Mousehall Gin into a high ball glass, add a few blocks of ice, add the Tomato Juice, Worcester Sauce, Tabasco (optional), Celery Salt, a squeeze of Lemon and a few grinds of Pepper. Stir to integrate all the ingredients. Garnish with a celery stick.  

Distiller’s Tips

A higher strength Juniper-forward Gin works perfectly in a Red Snapper as it gives a sturdy backbone and the gin shines above the other ingredients.
