Long Island Rooibos Iced Tea
It’s strong, long and punchy!
Ingredients & Measures:
50ml Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin
50ml Mousehall Triple Distilled Fresh Citrus Vodka
30ml Rooibos Tea Cordial (We like Two in a Bush Pure Tea Rooibos Cordial)
150ml Folkington’s Soda Water
1 sprig Mint
1 Lemon
Method 1:
Pour Mousehall Gin, Vodka and Rooibos Tea Cordial into a high ball glass. Add ice cubes. Top with Soda Water. Stir. Garnish with slices of lemon and a sprig of mint.
Distiller’s Tips
This is a deceivingly punchy drink disguised by the sweetness of the Rooibos cordial, the freshness from the Citrus Vodka and a kick from the Gin. We have toned it down from its original form, by removing the Rum, Tequila & Triple Sec and going for a healthier version than Cola, an actual Rooibos Iced Tea, a botanical we also use in our Gin.
