Our Story
Mousehall is a family-run, sustainable Distillery & Winery situated between Mayfield & Wadhurst in East Sussex. Gary and Kathy Jordan owners of Jordan Wine Estate in South Africa discovered the neglected and over-grown property. With a background in Viticulture and the love of a challenge, Mousehall Country Estate was brought back to life.

Mousehall Spirits are sustainably produced and packaged at Mousehall Country Estate in a 400L Copper Pot Still, Amahle. Mousehall has a range of award-winning spirits and continues to develop new recipes and products. Spirit Tours & Tastings are offered year-round.

Tidebrook Wines
Tidebrook is Mousehall Distillery & Winery's Sussex wine range. Mousehall released their 2022 maiden vintage still Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 2024 with new vintages released annually and Sparkling Wine in the making. Wine Tours & Tasting are offered throughout the year.
