A portion of the Pinot Meunier underwent targeted skin contact, lending the wine its delicate copper-pink hue and additional depth. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C, the wine retains its vibrant primary fruit character before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. It was then matured on its lees for 19 months, developing greater texture and finesse.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eElegant red berry fruit and delicate floral notes are complemented by a fine, persistent mousse and vibrant freshness.
